❤ Young Coconut Celery Cucumber Spinach Green Juice ❤

**BONUS HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE!**
When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have.

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
— 1 head of Celery
— 1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

— 2) Run celery, cucumber and spinach through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW

— 3) Combine juice with the coconut water and add ice, if desired.

— I love fruits and vegetables…so I feel more like a fruit and vegetable teacher, than a raw food teacher!

— The Truth is in between the words. On your spiritual journey, you will soon wake up to realize that you do not know ANYTHING. Or, you may already be aware of this right now.

— Fruits, vegetables and herbs are for so many different types of people: they are for athletes, they are for people who want to lose weight, they are for people who like to meditate, they are for those who need to heal up chronic and degenerative diseases… basically, they are for everyone!

— The *life force* inside of you is what shines, and is what is most attractive in others. Fruits and vegetables simply allow you to exude this life force energy more easily and freely than dead, cooked and/or processed foods. You literally are what you eat!

— Do the work now! Plant the seeds, read the spiritual books, apply the teachings of the nutrition, practice meditation, kindness, forgiveness & patience… and most importantly, practice stopping the ego from reacting and wasting your precious energy! If you are unable to stop the ego, at the very least just observe it doing what it does with awareness…but do not judge! Just be aware. Awareness is always the first step…

— 1-2 bunches Parsley
— 2 Apples
— 1 Cucumber
— 1-3 inches Ginger
— 3 Carrots
— 2-3 inches fresh Aloe Leaf

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/pxxsK

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— Parsley is a wonderful healing herb for the kidneys & adrenals. It also detoxifies bad breath! It is full of life!

— Apples are great for sweetness & energy! They also contain pectins which detoxify the GI tract, as well as the small & large intestines.

— Cucumbers are full of electrolytes, hydration & alkaline minerals…and they add body to your juice.

— Ginger is the heal-all!

— Lemon tightens up the cells, and tones up the body

— If you want a sweeter juice, peel the carrots! But I know some of you feel it is just the opposite! Regardless, what’s important to remember is that if you are carrots are INorganic, you MUST peel them no matter what. If they are organic, you can choose either way. Experiment & have fun!

— Fresh aloe leaf helps to cool and soothe any inflammation in the GI tract…make sure to not use too much, it can be powerful stuff!

— Thank you for your kindness & generosity, and for all your ideas about how we can keep this boat afloat!

— I want to keep this channel light & real, and not have it turn into any cult or religion or anything like that. As I’ve shared before, sometimes the whole raw food thing gets a bad rap. So I think of myself more as a fruit & vegetableist!

— I don’t ever want to wake up one morning and have an air of superiority…so if that should ever happen, please smack me (lightly of course…to just WAKE ME UP!).

— I don’t ever want to feel like I’m better than anyone, for I’d rather be in with you guys together on this journey. I just want to be here to help!

— As for money, I haven’t been able to focus on it 100% as I’m more here to give, than to get. And I have faith in and trust that the Universe will deliver.

— So I’m just a regular guy who has a gift for spreading the message about what’s already right in front of all of us, that we’ve just grown blind to: and that is fruits & vegetables! That’s all it is, really: Fruits and vegetables…

— Now, HOW the fruits & vegetables work on the body (or should I say not get stuck in the body, and so let the body do its thing with minimal obstructions). is much more complex and higher-order than we could ever hope to explain with words or with scientific thinking. I am not trying to dis science, it certainly has its place, but why on earth do we need to over-analyze and break down all the little but powerful properties of fruits & vegetables until we’re blue in the face? How about we all just eat and drink them instead? It is so obvious that Mother Nature intended for us to enjoy them as the primary part of our diets, and it is already so obvious that they have benefits for us…even the mainstream can agree with that.

— Also, its not just about only consuming what is best for us, it is honoring the fact that what we hold in our minds affects the functionality of all of our cells, and of what we consume…which is why I personally feel it is insane that some health teachers will say eating fruit will kill you or feed your cancer, when helllooooooo, it is the food of mankind. It is is the food of healthy cells. Yes, a lower volume of fruit for some people at some times might be more beneficial for various reasons, but that doesn’t mean fruit itself feeds, and therefore causes cancer! WOOAHHH!

— SO…let’s just drink our fruits & vegetables! …and let’s just eat our fruits & vegetables!

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 2 Limes, freshly squeezed or juiced by hand
— 1 Tomato, chopped
— 1 bunch of fresh Oregano, take leaves off of stems by hand
— 1 bunch of fresh Thyme, take leaves off of stems by hand
— 2 cloves of Garlic, peeled & lightly chopped
— 1 head of Romaine Lettuce
— 1 head of Red Leaf Lettuce
— 1 Cucumber
— 2 bunches of Cilantro
— 1 yellow Zucchini
— 1 pint of Alfalfa Sprouts
— 1-2 pints of Cherry Tomatoes
— 2 Nectarines
— 1 Hot Pepper (if desired)
— 1 Avocado (if desired)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) To make the dressing, blend lime juice, tomato, oregano, thyme & garlic until desired consistency is reached in your Vita-Mix or other high-powered blender of your choice http://bit.ly/GZsuq or http://bit.ly/3OTXD9

— 2) Chop romaine lettuce & red leaf lettuce as desired for salad, and place in large serving bowl

— 3) Chop cucumber, cilantro & zucchini and place over lettuce

— 4) Next, add sprouts over the top, followed by the cherry tomatoes, then the nectarines

— 5) If desired, you may also add the hot pepper, avocado and/or any other ingredients of your choice

— 6) Drizzle salad dressing over salad or keep on the side, and serve!
