In this video, Betty demonstrate how to make her Amazing White-to Brown rice recipes. It begins with long grain white rice, and with some magic ingredients becomes a savory brown-colored rice. It’ s a favorite among favorite recipes!
Ingredients:
1 cup long grain white rice
10.5 oz. can condensed beef broth
10.5 oz. can condensed consomme
1/4 cup dried chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine (cut into chunks)
Mix all the above ingredients together in a large ovenproof bowl. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in an oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Stir and check for doneness occasionally after about 35 minutes. The rice will be done when almost all the liquid is absorbed. Remove the bowl of rice from the oven and spoon the rice into a serving dish or platter surrounding just about any type of meat. This is another comfort food that is bursting with flavor. I think you will like this one very much!

— Consume as much truly FRESH and local produce as you can! Ideally, you would eat something soon after it was picked straight from your garden or from a tree, as that is when it has the most life force energy still present in it. So you always want to try and get close to that as possible.
— Fruits and vegetables as they are growing out of the ground or into the ground are connected to the earth’s life & electrical currents. It is invisible, it is subtle, but as your higher self continues to awaken, you will become more aware of these forces intuitively.
— I wanted to share with you that I haven’t been able to work much lately with my window/roof/gutter business. The economy has been slow, so my regulars haven’t been calling me as much, & as I also have been focusing so hard on making great videos for you every day (as well as work on the website with Krista), I haven’t been able to get much new business either.
— But…I am happier than ever! I love giving to you all each and every day, and Krista loves being able to give behind the scenes as well.
— However, we are now looking at our bank accounts and scratching our heads as even though we know money will flow to us eventually once we get the website rolling (we will be primarily monetizing via Google AdSense, so that we can still give you loads of free content), it isn’t rolling quite yet!
— So, in the hopes of being able to keep us afloat without me having to abandon my youtube channel and/or sending Krista to work at Fred Meyer (lol), I had the idea of more widely opening up & offering one-on-one phone counseling sessions to everyone. I’ve already been doing a little, but I would like to now do more, so I can stay on this path of helping you all! I wish I could do them all for free, but as I have a hunch that you’d like me to continue with youtube & with creating an awesome website, I will be charging a very standard rate of $60 per 1 hour session.
— So without further ado, for those who are interested in setting up a session with me, then here’s what you do:
1) Send me a personal message via youtube or facebook
2) Include at least 3 time slots that would work for you that fall between 10AM-6PM PDT (that is West Coast USA time…same time as Seattle and LA)
3) I’ll get back to you with the date/time that works best for me, along with my phone number.
4) On the date/time of your appt, I will leave it up to *you* to call me at the start of your session (just as if it would be if you were showing up at my door for an in-person appt)
5) Once we have our powerful 1 hr session together, I’ll give you the option to continue at $1/min (as long as my schedule is free)
6) Soon after the session, I’ll email you a paypal bill via email, so make sure that you gave me the correct email address to send that to. Oh, and to be fair, & to do what is standard, I have a 24-hr cancellation policy, meaning that you must cancel your session with me at least 24 hrs beforehand, if you know that you cannot make it, or otherwise I will still charge you for the full 1 hr. Of course, if something extreme comes up for you at the last minute, I will offer some flexibility around this, but still wanted to throw this out there along with all the other logistics, so that we can focus right away on me supporting you during our sessions together.
I truly look forward to listening to, sharing with, and supporting many of you on this one-on-one basis!
Of course, the videos will continue as usual for *everyone’s* benefit, and for the next few days we are going to try and pick up the pace a bit with getting more like 2 a day out to you, sometimes 3, so stay tuned.
I guess now would be a good time to add that whenever it seems like Krista and/or I have disappeared from youtube and/or facebook, it is always because of the website we are working on behind the scenes! Well, that & taking care of our own health too, of course! So have no fear, we are basically only focused on two things right now: The health of each of YOU & the health of US. Boom, that is it!

— Apples are great for sweetness & energy! They also contain pectins which detoxify the GI tract, as well as the small & large intestines.

— If you want a sweeter juice, peel the carrots! But I know some of you feel it is just the opposite! Regardless, what’s important to remember is that if you are carrots are INorganic, you MUST peel them no matter what. If they are organic, you can choose either way. Experiment & have fun!
— Fresh aloe leaf helps to cool and soothe any inflammation in the GI tract…make sure to not use too much, it can be powerful stuff!

— Now, HOW the fruits & vegetables work on the body (or should I say not get stuck in the body, and so let the body do its thing with minimal obstructions). is much more complex and higher-order than we could ever hope to explain with words or with scientific thinking. I am not trying to dis science, it certainly has its place, but why on earth do we need to over-analyze and break down all the little but powerful properties of fruits & vegetables until we’re blue in the face? How about we all just eat and drink them instead? It is so obvious that Mother Nature intended for us to enjoy them as the primary part of our diets, and it is already so obvious that they have benefits for us…even the mainstream can agree with that.
— Also, its not just about only consuming what is best for us, it is honoring the fact that what we hold in our minds affects the functionality of all of our cells, and of what we consume…which is why I personally feel it is insane that some health teachers will say eating fruit will kill you or feed your cancer, when helllooooooo, it is the food of mankind. It is is the food of healthy cells. Yes, a lower volume of fruit for some people at some times might be more beneficial for various reasons, but that doesn’t mean fruit itself feeds, and therefore causes cancer! WOOAHHH!
— SO…let’s just drink our fruits & vegetables! …and let’s just eat our fruits & vegetables!
