artemiohernandez07, here are the ingredients and instructions for Samosa dough:
Ingredients
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
water, as necessary
Rub the veg oil into the flour. Stir in salt and baking powder & rub until the batter has a crumbly texture. Gradually add water & knead into a stiff dough. Divide dough into 4 portions. Flatten each one & then roll out into thin, round disks. Cut each disk in half and cover with a damp towel.
