If you drink only fruit/vegetables juices to replace meals could you lose weight quickly?
I need to lose a lot of weight quickly in 2 weeks, would this work?
How about changing your diet.
1. No soda
2. No caffiene
3. No Diet Soda or Sugar Free stuff.. ( your body gets all confused)
4. Eat a good breakfast, lil snack, lunch, light dinner
5. No heavy meals past 6PM you don’t want a lot of food in your belly when you’re sleeping.
6. No TV Get outside and PLAY
7. Play a sport and feel challenged

sadly, this will not work. the fruit/vegetable juices contain more sugar than actual fruits and vegetables, sugar which will not lead to weight loss. (in some cases, there is also added high-fructose corn syrup and actual cane sugar). in addition, the juices do not have the necessary fiber associated with the texture of the foods. to lose weight quickly, it is better to eat these true foods rather than replacing them with juices. good luck!

yes, in a way, if you exercise to burn of the sugars in the various drinks you consume. but you will be extremely unhealthy because of you lack of other essential dietary needs

yes it will work. you’ll probably lose something like 10 to 14 pounds in about 2 weeks. however, once you start eating solid food again you would quickly regain the weight you lost.
and if you have a lot of weight to lose, you’d make yourself sick before lost all of your weight because you would be denying your body other things that it needs to function properly.
Talk to you doctor about whether or not you are at a healthy weight for your age and body type and then sit down w/ a nutritionist to discuss the best plan for you.
if you want to safely lose weight and *keep it off for good* then you need to learn how to eat properly to start with.
But just eating (or not eating) isn’t enough to help you lose weight. You also need to have a physically active lifestyle.
If you’re already eating right and you are physically active and you have no health problems or medications that are affecting your weight then your body may already be at the proper weight it needs to be for you to be healthy. Not everybody is meant to look rail thin like a supermodel. There are a wide range of body types, shapes, and weights that are healthy. You just have to figure out where your body type fits in.
